About the Role
Tulpar Global Taxation is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Setup Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting entrepreneurs and companies in establishing their businesses, with a primary focus on Innovation City Free Zone business setup services.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
- Consult clients on company formation and business setup options in Innovation City Free Zone.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable licensing solutions.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the operations team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in the CRM.
- Stay updated on free zone regulations, licensing packages, and company formation procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of sales experience in UAE business setup, corporate services, or a related industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
